Our story:
We met online in 2024—Irene as a business coach, Izumi navigating her next pivot. A few coaching sessions turned into a connection around life visions, career ambitions, and friendship. What connected us was our shared belief that disruption creates opportunity, not crisis.
We kept meeting brilliant women who were stuck not because they lacked capability, but because they were approaching change with outdated frameworks. Women who’d lived in multiple countries and spoke several languages but treated it like a footnote instead of a strategic advantage. Women who could spot patterns across industries but didn’t see the value they brought.
That’s when we realized: the women thriving in uncertainty weren’t just adapting. They were thinking strategically about how to turn chaos into competitive advantage—and they understood that their unique combinations of experience were the advantage.
AI³ is our response to that insight.

AI³ evolved from Unfiltered & Borderless Womxn Society (UBWS)—our original community focused on seeing disruption as opportunity and thinking beyond borders.
We realized the most valuable part wasn’t just the mindset. It was the framework: understanding your strategic role, leveraging AI to multiply it, and recognizing that your cross-cultural, cross-market experience isn’t just nice to have—it’s a dimension that multiplies everything else.
